Introduction to the Association's Bodies, and their Competencies:
1. The General Assembly:
Consists of all registered members who have obtained full membership in the Association.
Its Competencies:
a. Electing the Advisory Council.
b. Approving the session's program letter and budget.
c. Amending and then ratifying the Association's constitution.
Its Powers:
a. Holding members of the Advisory Council, the Executive Board, and the Association's membership accountable in case of bylaw violations.
b. Withholding confidence from the Executive Board and the Advisory Council.
c. Revoking membership in the Association.
Joining the General Assembly is done by registering for membership during the specified periods.
Members of the General Assembly have the right to nominate and be nominated for all other bodies of the Association.

2. The Advisory Council:
Consists of a number of members from the Executive Board from any of the Association's past sessions who have played a role in the Association's success, provided they have full knowledge of the Association's bylaws.
- They are elected by the General Assembly and the Council consists of five members.
- Their term lasts for one full executive session.
- Its members have the right to attend all periodic and emergency meetings of the Association.
- It selects the Executive Office through interviews.

3. The Executive Board
a. It is the Association's board, which consists of the Executive Office and the Executive Committee, and its meetings are chaired by the President of the Association.
b. The Board holds periodic and emergency meetings where matters are discussed, and its decisions are binding and may not be changed except by a Board meeting.
c. Its decisions are approved by majority vote. In the case of a tie, the President shall have the casting vote.
d. The Board holds its first meeting within one week of the election of the Executive Committee. In this meeting, the general plan for the session for the various office and the financial plan for the session are discussed. The Executive Board also determines membership privileges.
A. The Executive Bureau:
Consists of six members selected from the General Assembly by the Advisory Council:
1. President of the Association
2. Vice President for Internal Affairs.
3. Vice President for External Affairs.
4. Secretary-General
5. Deputy Secretary-General
6. Financial Secretary.
B. The Executive Committee:
Consists of eight members selected from the General Assembly by the Executive Office.
1. Head of the Medical Research Office.
2. Head of the Media and Publication Office.
3. Head of the Public Health Office.
4. Head of the Training and Development Office.
5. Head of the Projects and Events Office.
6. Head of the Evidence-Based Medicine Office.
7. Head of the Data Analysis Office.
8. Head of the Membership Affairs Office.

4. The Scientific Committee:
This refers to members and personalities specialized in the field of medical research who provide advice and guidance for all activities related to the Association. They also supervise all research conducted by the Association.
